HOW DID YOU GET STARTED IN THE INDUSTRY, AND WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE THIS PATh?
I was drawn to accounting because I’ve always enjoyed working with details and making sure things are accurate. I like that accounting brings clarity and helps a business stay organized and move forward. It felt like a path where I could contribute in a meaningful way.
What advice do you have for women starting their careers?
Seek out mentors, ask for feedback, and take on opportunities that challenge you. Those experiences are often the fastest way to grow and learn.

Link encourages growth and provides a supportive team environment where I can continue building my experience and take ownership of my work.
What inspires you?
I’m inspired by teamwork and seeing how everyone’s efforts come together to achieve a goal. Knowing that my work makes a difference keeps me motivated.
