What advice do you have for women starting their careers?
I have grown the most from roles I never anticipated serving in but that were important to organizational growth. My advice is to be aware of future organizational needs and of changes coming to the industry. Plan your path with this in mind, be open to the unknown, and be ready to step up to meet future needs.

What inspires you?
I’m inspired by people whose integrity doesn’t waver no matter their role or position. I’m also inspired by people who are resilient to the unexpected things that come their way.
